Can I park my car in the storage during my hire period?
Yes, hirer’s personal car can be parked in the secured car park during the hire. Only the hirer can pick up the car when motorhome is returned.
Do I have to go through Camplify? Can I pay directly?
All bookings must go through Camplify. The professional team from Camplify will provide all the support including NRMA Roadside Assistance to ensure you have a worry-free trip.
What are the pick up and drop off times?
Hirers must pick up and drop off the van during business hours – 0900 – 1700
Are your RV’s pet-friendly?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our motorhomes.
Can I opt in for a delivery and set up service?
Delivery and pick-up services are available at extra charges. If you are interested in this service please contact us for more info.
What is the minimum booking period?
At Zu Motorhomes we have a 3 day minimum in off-peak season (Apr – Sep) and 3 days in peak season (Oct – Mar) to hire our luxury Motorhomes.
